Founded on Vancouver Island with a passion for giving animals a second chance, Test Pet Rescue was born out of a small group of animal lovers determined to make a difference. What began as a grassroots effort to rescue stray and abandoned pets has grown into a community-driven organization dedicated to saving lives.
Our mission is simple: to provide loving care, rehabilitation, and forever homes for pets in need. From playful puppies to senior cats, every animal that comes into our care receives compassion, medical attention, and a fresh start.
